Subscriptions are renewed automatically. You will get an accout when you start subscriptions and you can modify or stop them yourself anytime. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the subscription, and then you won't be charged again.

What if I don't have ear piercings?
Please leave us a note in your shopping cart. Instead of the earrings that require piercings to wear, we will send you other jewels that you will like.

What are the sizes of the jewels?
The rings we offer are about 16.5mm in diameter (US size 6), which can be worn by almost everyone. The necklaces and bracelets we offer usually have an extension chain which means you can adjust the length of the pieces easily.

What is the material these jewels are made of?
Most of our jewelry pieces are made of fine stainless steel, which is tarnish-free and hypoallergenic. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please leave us a note in your shopping cart. We will ensure that the metal composition of your jewels is safe for you to wear.

Will I receive the same piece twice?
We will keep records of the jewelry we sent to every customer each month and keep track of what you have bought on our website. While we try to keep you free from the same design pieces, you can always leave a note to us if you do receive one, and we will send you an extra new design of jewelry next month.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected billing interval and the products will be delivered every paid month.
For example, if you started a quarterly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card every 3 months without the need to place the order by yourself. You can modify or stop the subscription yourself anytime. -
Can I return the products?
Due to the surprising feature of this product, the paid subscriptions cannot be returned or refunded. But you can be assured that we will try our best to provide chic and durable accessories that we think our customers will adore.
